Insecta is a company that cares about animals and the environment. This is one of the main reasons they came up with this unique concept. Their vegan shoes make no use of animals, nor is it tested on animals. Their belief in this is very strong. Another one of their strong beliefs is in the environment and lessening their carbon footprint.

They use recycled materials such as recycled cotton, recycled plastic, recycled rubber, reusable fabric, upcycled vintage clothing and other materials considered as waste which would be discarded. Instead, they turn it into a better, brand new product.
